Not able to get Access on Admin Dashboard

HI , i would like to report a issues im facing after auto update , i can not able to access my admin dashboard and it is talking abnormal time to get in , websites are running smoothly but on the top it says , services are disabled like nginx, cnf, and Cron are red marked .. Please help
