Не обновляется ClamAV

Добрый день!

На Ubuntu 22.04 из панели не обновляется ClamAV, выдает ошибку This means that you have been rate limited or blocked by the CDN, что делать?

что то мы не видим никаких ошибок в установке и его запуске
Выполните команды и покажите скриншот установки

Выполнил, после этого захожу в панель, нажимаю обновить и получаю:
freshclam

ERROR: Failed to open log file /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log: Permission denied

Какие права должны быть на этот файл?
