Установка/переустановка clamav [РЕШЕНО]

При переустановке Exim+Dovecot+Mailclients как водится удалился антивирус. Переустановить не могу. Выдает ошибку

1.Права на папки менял. не устанавливается.
2.
apt-get update
apt-get -y remove --purge clamav*
apt-get -y remove --purge libclamav9
После чистки, переустановите clamav через панель - не устанавливается.

Видимо нарушены какие-то связи и права относящиеся к панельке.Как починить?

P/s пункт 1 dpkg -l | grep clam -это все удалялось перед установкой, было пусто, после последних попыток не подчистил

переустановить сервис в панеле.
