Мы на своих тестовых серверах не смогли получуть такого рода ошибку.
заархивируйте данный файл и разместите его гдето в инете что бы мы могли его скачать. Информацию где его можно найти можете сбросить в личку
заархивировать можно так

Пересобрали версию с другими флагами. Попробуйте установить новую версию brainy-nginx
