Практически зависает VPS, зашкаливает нагрузка на CPU, да и диск перегружен.
Рестарт Nginx, apache и PHP не помогает Только мягкая перезагрузка.
В log/messages: бесконечные Stopping/Started THe PHP FastCGI MAnager
Где копать?

А полностью как то показать можете? А то кроме слов стор и старт больше на вашем скрине ничего и нет. И покажите еще скрин утилиты htop

А там и не было ничего. 5-10 экранов такого стоп-старта
Сейчас, в покое, htop и atop прилагаю, вроде ничего интересного.
Да и netdata прибил, могла и она вешать, жду нового прецедента.
Раньше зависала 2-3 раза в день, попробую поймать момент и попытаться заскринить

Удивительно, но врагом оказалась netdata, - хотел как лучше, а получилось как всегда.
Вешал процессы даже во время унылого существования, ронял kvm во время бэкапа...
Сильно удивлен.

Подскажи пожалуйста что за netdata

перегрузить сервак

Тоже такая же проблема после последнего обновления. Пакеты на сервере актуальные (обновлений нет). После ребута сервера вообще получил мертвые сайты и лежащую панель (отдает 502)
